Vocalzone Throat Pastilles

The Great Enrico Caruso

Vocalzone Throat Pastilles were created for the Italian tenor, Enrico Caruso in the early 1900's by Mr William Lloyd F.R.C.S., a famous Ear Nose and Throat specialist at the London Hospital. The Great Caruso was performing at Covent Garden and was struggling with a tired voice when Mr Lloyd answered his call for help. Caruso was so impressed with the result that he retained Mr Lloyd who became his travelling companion whenever he was touring. Enrico Caruso was truly a pioneer who saw the potential of the gramophone record and his recording of 1907 acoustic recording of "Vesti la giubba" was the first gramophone record to sell a million copies (see below).

Vocalzone Throat Pastilles have been on sale in the United Kingdom ever since and are still manufactured to the same formula used for Caruso. They are highly prized by singers, speakers and anyone who relies on their voice professionally. Other famous users of Vocalzone include Julie Andrews, James Hetfield, Vince Neil, Placido Domingo, Nine Inch Nails, Burt Bacharach, Lenoard Cohen, Travis, Red Hot Chilli Peppers, Cerys, Joss Stone, Richard Fairbass, David Bowie, Depeche Mode, Julian van der Krogt, Robbie Williams, Will Young, Wayne Newton & Madonna.
